Experienced Management Team

The founder of Coefficiency Capital Partners and team have a combined experience in real estate and loss mitigation of over 25 years. Since we are also developers, we know most other developers in the region and whether or not they are trustworthy and capable. With our construction and experience (and still operating construction assets), we are able to quickly mitigate losses in the event of a default, giving us a unique ability to protect investor capital. Our principals also helped found and manage two of the largest bank REO and loss mitigation firms in the country, one of which managed over $3 billion of stalled residential construction loans, so managing a foreclosure is “just another day at the office”.
