Coefficiency Capital Partners, LLC is a Virginia limited liability company of residential development and finance entrepreneurs vertically integrated as a private lender with expertise in all tiers of the residential real estate space including valuation, development, construction, asset management, disposition, loan origination & servicing, and loss mitigation. We also manage the equity fund: Coefficiency Alternative Real Estate Investment Fund (CAREIF), which complements our lending activities and provides additional investment opportunities for our partners.
